1. Acceptance of Terms

If you are using our services on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and accept these Terms on its behalf.

User-generated content may remain on the platform as detailed in Section 8
Deletion will be processed within 30 days of your request

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate applicable local, national, or international laws
Upload malicious code or interfere with service functionality
Harass or harm others, impersonate individuals or entities
Circumvent or breach any security or authentication measures

6.1 Content Moderation Policies

Buzzquip moderates content according to these guidelines:

We use both automated tools and human moderators to review content
Reported content will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe
Content that violates our policies may be removed without notice
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

You may not:

7.1 DMCA Copyright Infringement Reporting

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please submit a DMCA notice to copyright@buzzquip.com containing:

Your contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized

We will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material and informing the alleged infringer, who may submit a counter-notice.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., comments, uploads), you:

Grant Buzzquip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content
Confirm you have rights to the content and it does not violate others’ rights

We may remove content at our discretion and without notice.

8.1 Content Ownership and Licensing

While you retain ownership of your original content, the license granted to Buzzquip allows us to:

Display your content across our platform and promotional materials
Modify your content for formatting, translation, or other optimization
Allow other users to view and interact with your content
Continue using content that was publicly posted even after account deletion

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Buzzquip processes personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including:

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — for users in the EU/EEA
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for California residents
UK Data Protection Act
Other applicable regional privacy laws

12. Limitation of Liability

The amount paid by you to Buzzquip in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
$100 USD

13. Consumer Rights by Region

Unused subscription periods may be refunded according to our refund policy

You remain bound by provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination

15. Subscription and Payment Terms

15.1 Subscription Models

Buzzquip may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions:

Are billed according to the plan selected (monthly, annually, etc.)
Auto-renew until canceled by you
May change in price with notice before renewal

15.2 Payment Processing

We use industry-standard payment processors to handle transactions
You must provide accurate billing information
Taxes will be added where applicable

15.3 Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy
Prorated refunds may apply for annual subscriptions
Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration or court proceedings, based on your country of residence:

U.S. Users: Disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
EU/UK Users: Disputes may be brought in your local courts under consumer law.
Australia/Canada: Users may bring claims under applicable local laws and courts.

Class action waivers and arbitration clauses may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

16.1 Arbitration Process

For disputes subject to arbitration:

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules
The arbitration may be conducted in person, through document submission, or online
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing contact@buzzquip.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms

17. International Use

Accessing Buzzquip from outside of the United States is done at your own risk. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzzquip regarding use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

18.3 Assignment

Buzzquip may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
